Note to Self : Hold Your Tongue.Reason : You could (and most certainly did) embarass yourself by saying something stupid.
Example : Telling some silly Doraemon episode to people over the phone.
Moral of the Story : Less is More
Note to Self : Stretch before jumping in the pool
Reason : You could (and most certainly did) get a cramp on both legs and require rescuing and again embarassing yourself
